Our response appears in bold. <br />Plans — Sheet 1 of 17 CS <br />Include separate Civil plans for a Public Works permit, and tabulate existing and new hard surface <br />areas. See DCSS STD DWG 101, item #6 for an example. If only MR 1-5, use small project template <br />per link below. <br />The plans have been updated to clarify that only MR2 is required. The project is under <br />2,000 square feet new/replaced impervious and under 7,000 square feet land disturbing <br />activity. A table is provided on C3.1 in the top right corner. <br />The confusion had to do with notes on the plans surrounding the building. The existing <br />roof structure and foundation will remain in place, and tenant improvements will occur <br />within the existing footprint. Accordingly, this area has not been counted in the areas. <br />Plans — Sheet 8 of 17 A3 <br />If reroofing, include in scl ft of new hard surfaces. <br />See previous response, the existing roof structure will remain. <br />Civil Plans —Sheet 1 of 3 C1.1 <br />Plans submitted for permit shall be final for construction plans. TYP. <br />Don't include Civil drawings in Building permit. Take Civil drawings out from B2012-005, and <br />submit separately via email. Public Works permit # is PW2101-019. <br />Public Works permit number added near sheet number <br />Civil Plans — Sheet 2 of 3 C2.1 <br />Label all existing features and utilities!
