Note has been clarified. <br />Label BMPs on plan to demonstrate conformance with the 13 SWPPP requirements. Refer to COE <br />DCSS std dwg 103 and attached "Construction Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan for Single <br />Family Residential / Duplex / Small Projects". <br />BMPs are labeled on plans similar to standard drawing 103. <br />Civil Plans — 3 of 3 C3.1 <br />The "grading and drainage plan notes" appear incomplete. <br />Revised. It looks like a preliminary version of the drawing was submitted. <br />Drawing note about "building addition does not count..." is incorrect. Stripping out to foundation <br />and rebuilding does count, per Ecology manual. <br />Note has been revised per our email discussion. <br />Label size and type of catch basins, and reference appropriate detail from DCSS. <br />Catch basins are Type 1. Detail added to plans. <br />Need to show water and sewer plans. Label all existing infrastructure! Even if connecting <br />internally, still label on drawings and call out "connect through internal plumbing". <br />Separated water and sewer sheet added. <br />Label all existing stormwater features! <br />Labeled vault, oil water seperators, catch basins, etc. <br />This project is adding new run-off area. Include drainage report to verify vault size is appropriate, <br />otherwise other mitigation measures are required. <br />With the roof distinction as existing, only MR 2 applies. The site is slightly reducing impervious <br />from the existing condition.
