Chitosan Acetate, Poly Aluminum Chloride and/or BHR-P50 will be delivered to the site <br /> in a 275-gallon tote, 55-gallon drum and/or 5 gal. buckets and immediately be <br /> transferred to the secure CESF storage tank in the water quality monitoring box. No <br /> additional chitosan or other treatment chemicals will be stored outside of locked <br /> containment. <br /> The only chemicals to be used in this filter system are Washington State Department of <br /> Ecology approved as noted on WSDOE's web site and approved on the Request for <br /> Chemical Treatment document. The daily consumption of treatment chemicals will <br /> depend on the volume of water treated. <br /> The primary CESF treatment chemical will be StormKlear 1%, which will also be used <br /> as pre-treatment. Rain for Rent has a 24/7 on call program through their office <br /> phone system that allows access and delivery of anything in their inventory. <br /> 3.5.2 Operational Adjustments <br /> In the event of the system discharge parameters not being met, the following course of <br /> action can be followed. <br /> Place the system in manual recycle and re-test the influent pH, turbidity, and <br /> conductivity, logging the results. Perform additional jar tests and make adjustments to <br /> the system to duplicate successful jar test results.
