41 <br /> (f) Milk which has had the cream line increased by any ar- <br /> tificial <br /> means or by the introduction into the milk of any foreign <br /> or treated substance. <br /> (g) Milk or cream in bottles which have been stoppered by <br /> hand. <br /> (h) Buttermilk or cultured buttermilk which contains less <br /> than 8.5% of milk solids other than milk fats. <br /> (i ) Ice cream containing any harmful, foreign substance or <br /> containing less than 10% of milk fat, or less than 20;- of milk <br /> fat and solids other than milk fats, combined. <br /> ( j ) Milk or cream the retail or final container of which <br /> does not bear on the cap thereof a plain and conspicuous state- <br /> ment showing the contents thereof to be either raw milk or raw <br /> cream, or pasteurized milk or pasteurized cream, as herein de- <br /> fined, together with the name of the person who has bottled the <br /> same. <br /> k. To sell any bottled milk or cream except that capped by mechan- <br /> ical capper; and all caps shall be purchased by the retailer in sanitary <br /> tubes or containers and kept therein until used. <br /> Section g: It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, <br /> offer for sale or expose for sale within the 3ity of Everett any <br /> milk or cream for human consumption unless the same is bottled in <br /> by mechanical capper <br /> glassbottles and well stoppered/at a milk plant or dairy; Provid- <br /> ed, however, that this section shall not apply to milk or cream <br /> purchased in bulk to be used exclusively for cooking or manufac- <br /> turing purposes; and provided further, that this section shall not <br /> apply to the sale of cream in restaurants where the said cream is <br /> to be consumed on the premises where purchased. <br /> Section $1: It shall be unlawful to serve to customers <br /> in restaurants any milk other than milk bottled in a regular milk <br /> plant or dairy; further, such milk served shall be served to the <br /> customer as bottled or poured for service to the customer in his <br /> presence. <br /> Section p All persons handling milk or milk products to <br /> be sold, offered for sale or exposed for sale, shall be subject to <br /> medical examination, free of charge, by the Everett City Health <br />
