Section 4: it sh: 1 be nlawi 1, on an `aft r si ty days <br /> from the taking eff:c of this 0 , • nance, fo any pe on to <br /> sell, offer for sa e or to hav: i his po se ion f pur es <br /> of sale any mil- othe than , ilk p:, teu ized der the ro l- <br /> ions of this Ordinance. <br /> Sect o 5: It s a be unla ul for y pars to se <br /> any pasteur ed milk v�' ver, e cep tha p steu z d wi i the <br /> said Lit of ` verett. <br /> Section * All milk, cream and other milk products shall <br /> conform to the label or labels under which they are sold. <br /> Section : No milk or mill. products offered for sale <br /> within the City of Everett shall be pasteurized more than once. <br /> Section 4: It shall be unlawful to sell, offer for sale <br /> or expose for sale within the City of Everett any milk or cream <br /> not produced from cows or herds of cows subjected to and showing <br /> a negative reaction to the accepted tests for the detection of <br /> tuberculosis in oattle, when made by any Federal or State Veter- <br /> inary Inspector or by any regularly admitted and practicing vet- <br /> erinary in the State of Washington and approved by the Everett <br /> Board of Health or the Milk and rood Inspector. <br /> + ;r8 <br /> Section 7d: It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, <br /> offer for sale or expose for sale within the City of Everett the <br /> following: <br /> ( a) Skim milk which contains less than 8.8% solids other than <br /> milk fats. <br /> (b) Skim milk; homogenized, emulsified or viscolized milk <br /> or cream, sour milk or cream, buttermilk, the final container of <br /> which is not labeled to show its true character and contents. <br /> ( c) Milk or milk products containing or which may have been <br /> exposed to disease producing germs. <br /> (d) Milk or cream, the container of which is so labeled as <br /> to mislead the public. <br /> (e) Milk or cream which has not been kept at a temperature <br /> of fifty (50) degrees Fahrenheit, or lower, after pasteurization. <br />
