Section * All milk, cream and other milk products shall conform to the label or labels under which they are sold. Section : No milk or mill. products offered for sale within the City of Everett shall be pasteurized more than once. Section 4: It shall be unlawful to sell, offer for sale or expose for sale within the City of Everett any milk or cream not produced from cows or herds of cows subjected to and showing a negative reaction to the accepted tests for the detection of tuberculosis in oattle, when made by any Federal or State Veter- inary Inspector or by any regularly admitted and practicing vet- erinary in the State of Washington and approved by the Everett Board of Health or the Milk and rood Inspector. + ;r8 Section 7d: It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale or expose for sale within the City of Everett the following: ( a) Skim milk which contains less than 8.8% solids other than milk fats. (b) Skim milk; homogenized, emulsified or viscolized milk or cream, sour milk or cream, buttermilk, the final container of which is not labeled to show its true character and contents. ( c) Milk or milk products containing or which may have been exposed to disease producing germs. (d) Milk or cream, the container of which is so labeled as to mislead the public. (e) Milk or cream which has not been kept at a temperature of fifty (50) degrees Fahrenheit, or lower, after pasteurization.
