3 g ✓ V C)RDINANCE NO. j"741g An Ordinance providing for the improvement of McDougall Avenue, from 15th Street to 16th Street, by grading, construc- tion of concrete sidewalks, also slagging a strip 16 feet wide, construction of concrete curbs and gutters at the intersection of 16th Street, installation of necessary drainage, and doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3472 of the City of Everett; creating an assessment district; creating a Local Im- provement District Fund therefor, providing that said improve- ment be made by special assessment upon the property in said dis- trict under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3472 of the City of Everett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accord- ance with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer; now, therefore, • THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That McDougall Avenue, from 15th to 16th Streets , be improved by grading, construction of concrete sidewalks, also, slagging a strip 16 feet wide., construction of concrete curbs and gutters at the intersection of 16th Street, installation of neces- sary drainage, and doing all other work on the entire district . necessary tom ake a complete improvement according to the plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the City Engi- neer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approv- ed. Section 2 That the cost and Expense of such improvement, including all necessary incidental expenses,, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district
