i <br /> • <br /> i • <br /> cost andexpense of making the additions, betterments and improve- <br /> ments specified and set forth in this Ordinance from and after the <br /> date of issue of such bonds and so long thereafter as obligations <br /> are outstanding against such fund. <br /> The City Council of the City of Everett shall cause to be <br /> levied from year to year during the life of the general obligation <br /> bonds herein proposed to be issued, an annual tax levy sufficient <br /> to meet the payment of all interest on said general obligation bonds <br /> and sufficient to meet the principal thereon as the same mature. <br /> The said proceeds from the said tax levies shall be set aside by <br /> the City Treasurer of the City of Everett and paid into the Everett <br /> Water System General Obligation4terest Fund No. 2 and Everett <br /> Water System General Obligation Bond Fund No. 2 in the respective <br /> proportions due said funds and be used solely for the payment of <br /> the interest and principal on said bonds as the same become due and <br /> payable. The City Treasurer of said City of Everett shall set <br /> aside and pay into Everett Water System Special. Revenue Bond Inter- <br /> est Fund No. 3 from time to time, not less than thirty (30 ) days <br /> prior to the respective dates urn which interest shall become due <br /> and payable, a sufficient amount out of the gross revenues of the <br /> entire water supply system of the City of Everett now belonging to <br /> or which may hereafter belong to said city, including the additions, <br /> betterments and extensions herein provided for, to pay the interest <br /> on said bonds as the same becomes due ,and in addition thereto the <br /> said City Treasurer of the City of Everett shall set aside from <br /> the "Everett Water System Fund" into the Everett Water System Spe- <br /> cial Revenue Bond Fund No. 3 from time to time, not less than thir- <br /> ty (30) days prior to the respective dau pon which the principal <br /> of said bonds shall become due and payable, a sufficient amount <br /> out of the gross revenues of the entire water supply system ,of the <br /> City of Everett now belonging to or which m ay h ereafter belong to <br /> said city, including the additions, betterments, extensions and im- <br />
