A c 4 <br /> • <br /> provements herein provided, to pay the principal of said bonds as <br /> the same mature. <br /> The Everett Water System Special Revanue Bond Interest Fund <br /> No. 3 shall be used' solely for the payment of the interest on said <br /> bonds and shall be paid as set forth in this Ordinance. The Ev- <br /> erett Water System Special Revenue Bond Fund No. 3 shall be used <br /> solely for the payment of the rincipal on said special revenue bonds <br /> herein pro 'osed to be issued and paid as set forth in this <br /> Ordinance,and said gross revenues above mentioned are hereby pledged <br /> to such payments of interest and principal which shall constitute <br /> a charge upon such revenues prior and superior to all other char- <br /> ges (save and except the charges upon such revenues heretofore <br /> created under Ordinances No. 1663, 1728, 2045 and 2058. The said <br /> above mentioned ordinances cover the payment of principal and in- <br /> terest on one issue of water revenue fund bonds in the sum of one <br /> million twenty-five thousand dollars 41,025,000.00 ) and 'another <br /> issue of water revenue bonds in the sum of three hundred fifty <br /> thousand dollars ( 350,000.00 ), ) until all of said bonds and the <br /> interest thereon have been paid in full, and it is expressly cove- <br /> • nanted by the said city that any further indebtedness which may be <br /> created and payable outlof revenues of said water system from date <br /> of issue of said bonds and until all of the water revenue fund <br /> bonds herein authorized, together with interest thereon shall have <br /> been paid in full, shall constitute a junior charge to the charges <br /> created by this Ordinance. <br /> Section 9 : The City of Everett hereby irrevocably binds <br /> and obligates itself not to sell , lease,,or in any manner dispose of <br /> its said water system, including any and all additions, betterments, <br /> extensions or improvements that may be made thereto until all of the <br /> bonds, issuedagainst the revenues of said system, with interest <br /> thereon, shall have been paid in full, unless and until provisions <br /> shall have been made for the payment of all of- said bonds and in- <br /> terest in full,and the City of Everett further covenants and <br />
