City of Everett | RFP No. 2023-057 <br />November 2, 2023 <br />IMS Infrastructure Management Services, LP 33 <br />City of Seattle DOT, Washington – 2022 <br />IMS conducted a pavement condition survey <br />of the arterial street system for the City of <br />Seattle as a major subcontractor to Quality <br />Engineering Solutions, Inc. (QES). The Seattle <br />Department of Transportation’s arterial <br />pavement network has a total area of <br />approximately 1,547 12-foot lane-miles <br />across 3,132 management sections. IMS <br />performed pavement data collection using <br />RSTs equipped with LCMS-2 technology and <br />analyzed the data as a major subcontractor to <br />a larger team. PCI ratings were completed in StreetSaver, and survey data was uploaded into <br />the Seattle Department of Transportation’s MTC StreetSaver online database.
