Section O. Flour, meal and other cereal products shall be
<br /> kept in a dry, airy room, or rooms, not less than six inches from the
<br /> floor, and so arranged that the floors and other facilities for storing
<br /> the same can be easily cleaned and kept clean.
<br /> Section 10. Where persons are employed in a bakery sleep on
<br /> the premises, their sleeping quarters shall be separate from all rooms
<br /> where flour, meal, or other baker's cooking supplies, or manufactured
<br /> baker's goods are manufactured* baked, kept or stored.
<br /> Section 11. Every person owning, managing or in charge of
<br /> any premises where meats, fish, oysters, fowl, fruits or vegetables are
<br /> canned, cured or preserved for human food, shall conduct the same in a
<br /> neat, clean and sanitary manner; and no such person shall can, cure or
<br /> other-ise preserve any meat, fish* oysters, fowl, fruits or vegetables
<br /> for human food which shall have become diseased, decayed or unwholesome;
<br /> nor shall any such person can, cure or otherwise preserve foods taken
<br /> from filthy boxes, baskets or other containers, or use any chemical
<br /> deleterious to health in the process of such canning, curing or pre.
<br /> serving. No preservatives shall be used in meats except salt, saltpeter,
<br /> sugar, pure spices, wood smoke and vinegar.
<br /> Section 12. No person maintaining or in charge of any res-
<br /> taurant, hotel or boarding house, or other places where food is sold,
<br /> served or manufactured in either a cooked or raw state, shall keep such
<br /> place in a filthy or unsanitary condition. All persons employed in or
<br /> about such places shall keep themselves and their clothing in a clean,
<br /> sanitary and healthful condition.
<br /> Section 13. It shall be unlawful for any person afflicted
<br /> with any contagious or infectious disease, such as typhus, typhoid,
<br /> ship or yellow fever, Asiatic cholera* diphtheria, smallpox, septic
<br /> sore throat, scarlet fever, measles, whooping cough, mumps, chickenpox,
<br /> cerebro spinal meningitis, bubonic plague or tuberculosis, or any ven.
<br /> ereal diseases in a contagious state, or who shall suspect that he or
<br /> she has ;;Jy of the above mentioned diseases, or who has any rash or
<br /> •
