or prepared for sale, and all tools, implements and fixtures used or handled therein shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. All delivery wagons used in the city for the delivery of any and all food products shall be properly covered and kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and such food products in the process of delivery shall be covered and handled so as to keep the same free from dust, flies, other insects and sources of contamination. Section 4. All kitchens of hotels, restaurants and restau- rant kitchens, ice boxes and other cooling devices therein, lunch coun- ters, cafaterias and cafateria kitchens and cooling devices, candy fac- tories, sausage kitchens, fish canneries and fruit and vegetable can- neries, bake shops, ice vream factories and all other places where foods are prepared and kept, shall at all times he kept in a clean and sanitary condition and all such places ( except fish canneries and fruit and vegetable canneries and ice boxes and other cooling devices) shall have wire screens at all openings for the purpose of excluding flies and other insects. Section 5. All fish, meat, bread, bake stuff or other food products in transit from where meat is slaughtered, fish are caught, bread and other bake stuff is baked or other food products are prepared, shall be protected in such manner while in transit as to exclude dust, flies and other insects. Section 8. It shall be unlawful to prepare, keep for sale or se any kind of meat, fish, fowl, game, bakery goods, vegetables, fruits or other foods whatsoever, in any room in which a toilet is lo- cated, or in any room opening directly into a toilet. Section 7. Any building, place or vehicle to be occupied or used by any street vendor of tamales, candy or other human foods, shall be inspected and approved by the Everett City Health Department before permit shall be given such vendor to conduct such business.
