It shall be unlawful for any person to commit a nuisance of any character within any place where food for human use is prepared. Section 13. Notice forbidding all persons to use tobacco or to spit upon the floor or side walls shall be posted in every bakeshop or kitchen. Section 18. It shall be the duty of every occupant, whether owner or lessee, of every room or building used for the manufacturing of food products, to carry out the provisions of this ordinance and to make all changes and additions necessary therefor.
