11111 <br /> kept, or offered for sale or sold., and every person owning or managing <br /> any hotel, restaurant or boarding house, store, market or place where <br /> food is prepared and sold, is required to provide metallic receptacles <br /> with close fitting, metallic covers, sufficient for the disposition of <br /> all garbage from their premises; and no person shall rmove an such <br /> garbage from such receptacles after it has been deposited therein, <br /> except for the purpose of transporting the same to the place provided <br /> for the destruction or other disposition thereof. <br /> Section 21. No dog shall be allowed in any of the places of <br /> business mentioned in this ordinance, or be brought therein by any <br /> customer thereof. <br /> Section 12. It shall be the duty of the Health Officer and <br /> his assistants of the City of Everett to visit and inspect at frequent <br /> intervals, every public or private market, stall, shop, store, warehouse <br /> cannery, factory, restaurant, cold storage, slaughter house, and all <br /> other places where human food is prepared and (ar )sold„ and all carts, <br /> wagons, vehicles of vendors and street hawkers in the City of Everett, <br /> in or from which any of the articles of food for human beingd in this <br /> ordinance mentioned are manufactured, kept, held, prepared or offered <br /> for sale, and report to the Health Officer any violation of the terms <br /> or provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 23. In order to enable the said Health Officer and <br /> and his assistants to make the inspections herein provided for, they <br /> shall have access to all places and parts of any building where business <br /> of the kind contemplated by this ordinance is carried on, at all rea. <br /> sonable hours. <br /> Section 24. Whenever the Health Officer or his assistants <br /> shall find in or about any of the places or vehicles mentioned in Sec. <br /> tion 22 hereof, any unhealthy, diseased, unwholesome or deleterious <br /> food stuffs of the kind mentioned in this ordinance he may give notice <br /> to the owner or manager of such place to at once remove the said food <br /> stuffs to such place as he may designate and there destroy the same; <br /> and such owner or manager shall at once remove such food stuffs to the <br />
