Every store' room, booth, stall or other place <br /> where vegetables are sorted, trimmed, washed. and prepared for sale in <br /> Such places shall be provided with running water, tanks ( or sinks) for <br /> washink### such vegetables, and with sewer connections; and it shall be <br /> unlawful for any owner or manager or employee in any such booth, stall, <br /> store or other place where vegetables are sold to wash same on the floor <br /> of such booth, stall or store, or to wash same on the sidewalk or street <br /> or alley about such booth, stall or store. <br /> Section 2e, All meat markets, fish markets, stores, booths, <br /> bakeries' candy factories, restaurants and all other places where food <br /> fo human consumption is stored, prepared, manufactured, served, sold. or <br /> offered for sale shall he provided with separate toilets for male and <br /> female employees and lavatory conveniences in each such. toilet. <br /> Section 27. The provisions of this ordinance shall apply, in <br /> addition to all places mentioned therein, to all factories for the manu- <br /> facture of ice cream, confectionery and soft drinks. <br /> Section 28. The word. "Person", whenever used. in this ordi.. <br /> nano°, shall include corporations and the managing ajents thereof and <br /> employees and servants of same. <br /> Section 29. The ventilation of rooms within the meaning of <br /> this ordinance shall consist of an opening to the outer air at each end <br /> of such room and said opening to be at leas two feet square and to be <br /> so placed as to produce a free circulation of air in such room. <br /> Section O. Any person or persons, firm or corporation, vita <br /> lating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, <br /> be punished by a fine of not to exceed One Hundred dollars (100.00) or <br /> by imprisonment dor a period not to exceed thirty (10) days, or by both <br /> such fine and imprisonment. <br />
