Supplement No. 2 -Scope of Work <br />Edgewater Bridge Replacement <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Under the Edgewater Bridge Replacement project, the City of Everett (City) has <br />requested that TranTech Engineering, LLC's team (Consultant) prepare a supplement <br />to provide professional services to perform work not included within the original <br />Scope of Services and Construction Phase Engineering and Construction <br />Management Services. <br />Additional design phase services provided by TranTech and one of the Tran Tech <br />team's members, Pe1teet, under Work Elements 1, 11, 12, and 13. Work elements <br />consisted of additional project management, additional structural, civil, utility and <br />stormwater design changes. These additional services are necessary as the result of <br />structural wall and bridge modifications, negotiations with the adjacent property <br />owners and the result of revisions needed to make the project improvements <br />compatible with other City projects, including Edgewater Park. Additionally, the <br />plans are needed to be revised to prepare City's intended re-bid package and <br />incorporate WDFW and HP A conditions for the rebid package. These design <br />revisions require additional coordination, preparation of pre-ad ready plans, estimate, <br />and specifications for an additional submittal, additional plan, estimate, and <br />specifications. <br />In the following the aforementioned additional scope of work is described in fmther <br />detail. <br />ADDITIONAL DESIGN PHASE SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The additional Scope of Services described below are the work elements to be <br />accomplished by the Consultant as summarized under each Task.
