Section 2: <br /> That the City of Everett shall not be responsible nor liable for storm drainage runoff resulting <br /> from existing drainage patterns as established on City rights-of-way that may currently, or in the <br /> future, go over, under or across the above described in Section 1 herein. <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the City of Everett and the Everett School District. No. 2 have agreed to an exchange of <br /> property as described in Auditor's File No. 9807200464 as authorized by Everett School District <br /> No. 2 Resolution No. 653, dated July 13, 1998 for and in consideration of the alley described in <br /> Section 1 herein.
