January 10, 2024 <br />4 <br /> <br />Council Member Vogeli requested additional information on the funds for resident relocation <br />services. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />BRIEFINGS: <br /> <br />Revenue Options Review <br />Presented by Susy Haugen and Heide Brillantes, Finance <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with staff answering Council questions and Council proposed a variety of <br />options and question for staff to investigate. <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin left at 8:17 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />The City Council recessed for an executive session at 8:17 p.m., and began the executive session <br />at 8:20 p.m. The executive session ended at 8:25 p.m. and Council reconvened at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />SETTLEMENT – WATER MAIN DAMAGE CLAIM <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to authorize the <br />Mayor to sign a final settlement agreement with Joe and Teresa Fisher in the amount of <br />$57,607.01 for water main damage. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council meeting adjourned at 8:27 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />
