Consulting Engineers <br />1601 5th Avenue, Suite 1600, SEATTLE, WA 98101 P:206-622-5822 F:206-622-8130 WWW.KPFF.COM <br />P a g e 1 | 7 <br />Professional Services for the Later Phase Eclipse Mill Park Project & Riverfront Trail <br />Improvement Project <br />Amendment 1 to PSA dated 12-30-2021 <br />100% and Bid-Ready PS&E, <br />Bid Phase and Construction Support Services <br />EXHIBIT A – SCOPE OF WORK <br />The purpose of this contract is for a CONSULTANT to provide professional engineering and related <br />services to City of Everett Parks and Facilities Department (CITY) for the Later Phase Eclipse Mill <br />Park Project and Riverfront Trail Improvements Project for final design and preparation of bid-ready <br />construction documents. The Consultant team will continue to provide services through the bid <br />process and construction. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Task 100 Project Management <br />This task includes all work related to the management, administration, and coordination of <br />CONSULTANT's and subconsultants activities. In addition, the CONSULTANT shall coordinate <br />among the CITY and the CONSULTANT project team members as necessary to conduct the required <br />work and maintain the project schedule. The CONSULTANT shall manage the project scope, <br />schedule, and budget, under the following subtasks: <br />Subtask 100.1 – Project Management <br />The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for providing on-going project management to ensure the <br />project team performs project tasks of this scope and has the required information to complete the <br />work. <br />The CONSULTANT shall prepare monthly progress reports, facilitate progress meetings, and <br />update the project schedule. <br />Subtask 100.2 – Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control <br />The CONSULTANT shall implement a quality management plan to provide ongoing review <br />throughout the life of the contract. The CONSULTANT shall provide quality assurance to support <br />adequate administration, accounting, scheduling, communication, planning, and engineering <br />procedures leading to the deliverable products, including work performed by subconsultants. <br />Task 300 – Geotechnical (HWA Geosciences) <br />300.4.12 Develop Geotechnical Specifications <br />The CONSULTANT shall assist with development of required geotechnical specifications for the <br />project.
