All meetings <br />are assumed to be virtual and lasting 1-hour. The CONSULTANT shall provide geotechnical <br />project management associated with the above-described tasks. <br />300.4.14 Plan and Specification Review <br />The CONSULTANT shall review the project plans and specifications at major project milestones <br />to ensure that all geotechnical recommendations have been incorporated. The CONSULTANT <br />will provide review comments in the form of emails to the design team. <br />Deliverables <br />Deliverables to be provided subsequent to this task include: <br />•Geotechnical Specification Sections <br />•Plan Review Comments in email format <br />Task 500 – Permitting (Anchor QEA) <br />500.2 Permit Applications <br />The CONSULTANT will prepare and submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) application for the <br />Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP). The CSGP is required for projects that <br />disturb one acre or greater or that have the potential to discharge stormwater to receiving surface <br />waters. The CSGP cannot be submitted to Ecology until a State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) <br />determination is issued by the CITY. <br />The CONSULTANT will provide ongoing outreach services with the agencies and respond to any <br />minor comments or questions that are received from agencies on the application materials <br />previously submitted. This includes periodic outreach (approximately one notification per month) <br />during the agency review process. Previously submitted permit documents include: <br />1.JARPA, JARPA Attachment E, and JARPA Plan Set <br />2.Biological Assessment <br />3.CZMA Form <br />4.Ecology Water Quality Certification Pre-Filing Notice and CZMA Certification <br />5.HPA Application (to be submitted once SEPA determination is issued) <br />6.SEPA Checklist <br />7.SSDP Application and Consistency Analysis <br />8.Critical Areas Report <br />9.HEA model via Salish Sea Nearshore Programmatic Conservation Calculator <br />10.OHWM and Wetland Analysis Report <br />Assumptions <br />Services to be provided subsequent to this task include: <br />•KPFF will prepare and provide a stormwater site plan and dewatering plan to include <br />with the SWPPP. <br />•This scope does not include budget to update agencies related to any design changes. <br />Any design changes necessitating agency outreach will require additional scope and <br />budget to complete. <br />•The CITY will be responsible for newspaper publications required for the NOI.
