3. Decision by the City: <br /> a) If the Director finds that the proposed boundary line adjustment complies <br /> with Section 6 and the general evaluation criteria in Section 7.D of this <br /> Ordinance, the boundary line adjustment shall be approved. If the <br /> Director finds that the boundary line adjustment does not comply with <br /> Section 6 and the general evaluation criteria in Section 7.D of this <br /> Ordinance, the City may disapprove the application stating reasons for <br /> disapproval, or return it to the applicant for modification or correction <br /> with specific conditions or revisions that must be met for approval. <br /> b) Boundary line adjustments do not require a written approval with <br /> findings of fact and conclusions. The City may state in a letter to the <br /> applicant what conditions need to be met to obtain approval, or the <br /> Director may execute the approval by signing the final boundary line <br /> adjustment map. <br /> c) The decision made by the Director shall be a Review Process I <br /> administrative decision and any appeals shall be in accordance with <br /> Ordinance No. 2136-96, as amended and Ordinance No. 2137-96, as <br /> amended. <br /> 4. Expiration of Boundary Line Adjustment Approval: <br /> The applicant must submit and complete all required documents as specified by <br /> this Ordinance within six (6) months following the date the applicant is notified <br /> that the boundary line adjustment would be approved upon submittal of all the <br /> required final documents for recording. Failure to submit and complete the <br /> required documents within the six (6) month period will result in the application <br /> becoming void. No time extension will be granted; the final required <br /> documents must be recorded within the above stated time frame. <br /> C. Final Submittal Requirements for Recording <br /> 1. Documents Required for Recording: <br /> After the City has given the applicant approval, the applicant shall submit the <br /> original mylar map, a photo mylar map, and two blue line maps prepared by or <br /> under the supervision of a registered land surveyor in the state of Washington, <br /> drawn in ink on mylar, having a trimmed size of eighteen by twenty four inches <br /> (18" X 24"). <br /> a) The date, scale, and north arrow; <br /> b) Boundary lines (both present and revised), right-of-way for streets, <br /> easements, and property lines of lots, tracts, parcels, or sites with <br /> accurate bearings, dimensions, or angles and arcs, and central angles of <br /> all curves; <br /> c) Names and right-of-way widths of all streets; <br /> d) Number of each lot, tract, parcel, or building site and each block; <br /> 44 <br />
