SECTION 6: BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT SUBMITTAL AND REVIEW <br /> PROCESS <br /> A. Application Submittal Requirements <br /> B. Review Process for Boundary Line Adjustment <br /> C. Fees: <br /> The applicant shall pay the required fees when submitting the boundary line <br /> adjustment application. <br /> 2. Application Documents: <br /> The City shall provide all forms and instructions for filing an application for a <br /> boundary line adjustment. An application for a boundary line adjustment shall <br /> consist of the following minimum information: <br /> a) City application form; <br /> b) Legal description of the property proposed to be adjusted; <br /> c) Vicinity map; <br /> d) Declaration of ownership form signed by the owner(s); <br /> e) A boundary line adjustment certificate from a Title Company which is <br /> not older than 30 days; <br /> fj A proposed boundary line adjustment map; and <br /> g) A declaration of legal documentation form. <br /> B. Review Process for Boundary Line Adjustment <br /> 1. Required Review Process: <br /> An Administrative Boundary Line Adjustment Application shall be reviewed as <br /> a Review Process I, as defined in Ordinance No. 2136-96, as amended. <br /> 2. Approval of Boundary Line Adjustment requires compliance with the <br /> review criteria in Section 7.D of this Ordinance: <br /> The Director shall evaluate the proposed boundary line adjustment and its <br /> compliance with Section 6 and the general evaluation criteria listed in Section <br /> 7.D of this Ordinance. <br /> 43 <br />
