Review Process and Approval of Preliminary Short Subdivision <br /> G. Final Application Submittal Requirements <br /> H. Final Review and Approval Process <br /> A. Pre-Application Conference <br /> Prior to submittal of a subdivision or short subdivision application, an applicant shall <br /> complete a pre-application conference as defined in Ordinance No. 2136-96, as <br /> amended, unless a waiver of the pre-application conference is granted by the Director. <br /> The applicant is required to submit with the subdivision or short subdivision application <br /> a verification that the pre- application conference has been completed or the pre- <br /> application waiver has been signed by the Director or his/her designee. <br /> B. Preliminary Application Submittal Requirements <br /> 1. Fees: <br /> The applicant shall pay the required fees when submitting the subdivision or <br /> short subdivision application. <br /> 2. Application Documents: <br /> The City shall provide all the forms and instructions for filing an application for <br /> a subdivision or short subdivision. An application for a subdivision or short <br /> subdivision shall consist of the following minimum information: <br /> a) City application form with verification that the pre- application <br /> conference has been completed or the waiver has been signed by the <br /> Director; <br /> b) Legal description for the property to be subdivided; <br /> c) Vicinity and Assessors map; <br /> d) Declaration of ownership form signed by the owner; <br /> e) A subdivision or short subdivision certificate from a Title Company <br /> which is not older than 30 days; <br /> f) Proposed preliminary plat or short plat map; <br /> g) Proposed supplemental map; <br /> 9 <br />
