January 17, 2024 <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING – COUNCIL BILL 2310-59: <br /> <br />President Schwab opened the public hearing for Council Bill 2310-59. <br /> <br />The following members of the public spoke: Erin Knight, Nancy Purcell, Kate VanGent, Rick <br />Boman, Jim Risinger, and Stacy Lawrence. <br /> <br />Planning Director Yorik Stevens-Wajda provided an update on the ordinance and the <br />amendments to the agreement. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Yorik Stevens-Wajda and Eric Evans from Shelter Holdings answering <br />council questions. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Fosse who was <br />excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2310-59 <br /> <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE amending the Development Agreement for the Everett Riverfront District <br />Properties related to the Landfill Site, amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3121-09, as <br />previously amended. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, that this is declared <br />to be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2310-59. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final deposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />AYES: Zarlingo, Vogeli, Bader, Rhyne, Tuohy, Schwab <br />NAYES: None
