Consor • January 2024 • H/H Modeling Software Evaluation • City of Everett <br />Scope of Work • 3 <br />Attend workshop to discuss H/H modeling needs. <br />Provide feedback on H/H platforms selected for comparison. <br />Task Deliverables <br />Model platform comparison matrix. <br />Meeting materials. <br />TM with summary of information collected in task 2 and recommendation for selected software. <br />Assumptions <br />City staff is available to provide input for City H/H modeling needs. <br />Up to eight (8) H/H modeling platforms will be included in comparison matrix. <br />TM to be written to provide the City purchasing department sole source justification. <br />Task 3 – Conversion of Model Files to the New Software <br />Objective <br />Convert the 2024 Comprehensive Sewer Plan model to the H/H platform selected in Task 2. <br />Activities <br />The consultant to: <br />Convert master model files developed for the 2024 Comprehensive Sewer Plan to the new software <br />platform. <br />Perform quality management on converted model. <br />Perform a “test run” of the City’s updated model files and confirm it will operate in the new <br />software platform. <br />Conduct a workshop with City staff to demonstrate converted model capabilities. <br />City Involvement <br />The City to: <br />Attend workshop to discuss converted H/H model. <br />Task Deliverables <br />Updated Model files <br />Assumptions <br />Fee estimate includes time to research conversion protocols which are unknown until model <br />platform is selected. <br />Task 4 – Contingency <br />Written permission from the City is required to perform contingency tasks or to access project contingency <br />funds. Work tasks will be defined at the time of access of project contingency funds.
