Assumptions Consultant assumes up to two (2) thirty-minute meetings with the Consultant’s Principal-in-Charge or Project Manager and the City Project Manager. Project duration will be 2 months; therefore, it is assumed that there will be up to two progress payments/status reports. Task 2 – Software Platform Evaluation and Recommendation Objective Develop model platform comparison with model capabilities, usage, pros, cons, and costs. The comparison will be provided to the City to help select the H/H modeling platform. Activities The consultant to: Meet with City staff to better understand software requirements and sewer and surface water staff needs. Identify and research H/H modeling platforms documenting software capabilities, typical uses, licensing structure, licensing costs, available training and software support by the developer or vendor, and general pros and cons. Develop a matrix to compare software platforms. Comparison matrix will be based on compiled research of modeling platforms and City needs. Meet with City staff to present matrix and results of platform comparison. With the City’s input from the workshop, provide a recommendation for selection of the modeling software.
