0 `' ORDINANCE NO. 2405. An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the 14th Street Trestle,from a point 1085 feet west of Norton Avenue Extension right-of-way to a point 120 feet beyond the end of the present trestle roadway, by the removal of old lumber, plac- ing new piles, naps, sway braces, stringers, decking and hand. rail where necessary, making necessary water main changes, and doing all other work in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3428 of the city of Everett, creating an assessment district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, providing that said im- provement be made by special assessment upon the property in said district by the method of payment by bonds, dividing said dis- trict into a direct benefit district and into an indirect ben- efit district, and declaring an emergency. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3428 of the city of Everett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement of the .14th Street wrestle, from a point 1085 feet west of Norton Avenuerxtension right-of-way to a point 120 feet beyond the end of the present trestle roadway, by the re- moval of old lumber, placing new piles, caps, sway braces, string- ers, decking and handrail where necessary, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, now, therefore, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the 14th Street Trestle, from a point 1085 feet west of Norton.
