' d <br /> I'1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2330-98 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Everett's Procedural Ordinance, Ordinance No. <br /> 2136-96. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Section 3 C of Ordinance No. 2136-96 which reads as follows: <br /> C. Review Process II <br /> Review Process II applies to all permit applications that involve administrative decisions made <br /> by the Director. <br /> All Review Process II administrative decisions made by the Director shall be issued in writing. <br /> The Director may attach to any permit approval such conditions as may be necessary to assure <br /> compliance with this ordinance, other applicable City ordinances and regulations, or any other <br /> regulations administered by federal or state agencies. <br /> Review Process II applications include the following administrative decisions: <br /> 1. Preliminary Short Subdivision Approvals <br /> 2. Short Subdivision Variations (10% or less) <br /> 3. Preliminary Binding Site Plan Approvals <br /> 4. Administrative Shoreline Permits (less than 1 acre) <br /> 5. SEPA Determinations <br /> 6. Stream and Wetland filling and mitigation <br /> 7. Commercial Day Care in Multiple Family Zone <br /> 8. Up to 25% Expansion of a Nonconforming Use <br /> 9. Determination of Proportionality for Correctional Facilities <br /> 10. Minor Expansion of an existing Special Property Use <br /> 11. All other review processes listed in the Zoning Code as Review Process IIA, IIB, <br /> and IIC <br />
