Owner’s Advisor Services for the Everett WFP Phase 2 PDB Project Scope of Work 3 Phase 1 Task 1300 – GMP Negotiations Support Scope: The Consultant will support the City through negotiation of the GMP. Work by the Consultant will include reviewing the Design-Builder’s GMP submittal for completeness, compliance with contract requirements, and risks to the City; participation in negotiations sessions; review of cost revisions; and review of proposed changes to technical contract terms and conditions. Assumptions: • GMP negotiations support will include attendance at up to five 2-hour negotiation sessions with the City and with the Design-Builder. • One GMP for the entire contract will be negotiated. • Project duration for the initial authorization is assumed to be 4 months. Deliverables: • Review comments on Design-Builder’s GMP submittal and revisions. • Virtual attendance at GMP negotiation sessions. Task 1400 – Phase 1 Advisory Services Scope: Throughout Phase 1, the Consultant will advise the City on risk, technical, and contract compliance issues as they arise and at the request of the City. Assumptions: • Advisory support under the initial contract authorization will be provided on as-requested basis up to the budget limit. • Project duration for the initial authorization is assumed to be 4 months. Deliverables: • Phone logs, emails, memoranda, and analyses provided at the City’s request and in response to City questions. Phase 2 Pending future authorization. Budget The budget for the Project is based on the hours, labor costs, subconsultant costs, multipliers, and allowance shown in Exhibit B. The overall budget for the Project is $22,532.
