Owner’s Advisor Services for the Everett WFP Phase 2 PDB Project Scope of Work 2 Phase 2 – Final Design and Construction Oversight Support • Task 1500 – Participation in Meetings and Work Sessions with City and Design-Builder • Task 1600 – Review of Design-Builder Construction Phase Submittals • Task 1700 – Claims Support <br />• Task 1800 – Phase 2 Advisory Services Please note, only Tasks 100 (interim budget), 1300, and 1400 are included in this initial contract authorization and the attached budget totaled in the Budget section below. Additional tasks and corresponding budget may be added by subsequent amendment. Overall Project Task 100 – Project Management Objectives: • To communicate with the City Project Manager on the status of and issues affecting the Owner’s Advisor Services Contract’s scope, schedule, and budget. To facilitate communication and coordination between the Consultant staff and City staff. • The Consultant will conduct activities related to the management, administration, and coordination of Consultant activities for this contract across all phases of the Consultant’s work, including: <br />- Preparation of a plan that identifies roles, responsibilities, communication protocols, and participants in work sessions for the Consultant and the City. - Administration of the contract including preparation of monthly status reports and invoices. Subtask 1.1 – Project Administration Scope: The Consultant will conduct activities related to the management, administration, and coordination of Consultant activities for this contract including: • Participation in Project phone calls. • Administration of the contract including preparation of monthly status reports and invoices. Assumptions: • Project duration for the initial authorization is assumed to be 4 months. Subtask 1.2 – Project Progress Meetings The Consultant will participate in up to 4 monthly meetings with the City’s Project Manager to review project status and issues. Deliverables: • Monthly status reports and invoices (4)
