City of Everett 01 11 00 - 4 <br />Port Gardner Storage Facility – Demolition Package WO# UP-3525 <br />01 11 00 - 4 SUMMARY OF WORK <br />D. All construction shall be in conformance with the City of Everett Design and <br />Construction Standards and Specifications, latest edition, only to the extent that <br />they are called out in the Contract Documents. <br />E. All work shall comply with applicable requirements of Snohomish County. <br />F. Any material specified by reference to the number, symbol, or title of a specified <br />standards, such as Commercial Standard Federal Specifications, a trade <br />association standard, or other similar standard, shall comply with the <br />requirements of the latest revision thereof, and any amendment or supplement <br />thereto in effect on the date of Invitation for Bids, except as limited to type, class <br />or grade, or modified in such references. All work shall conform to the standard <br />referred to, except as modified in these specifications and the drawings. <br />1.9 CHECKING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />A. PRIOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS: The Contractor shall report any discovered <br />patent discrepancies or omissions in the plans and/or specifications to the <br />Engineer for a decision prior to the Submission of Bids. <br />B. RESOLUTION OF CONFLICTS: Where there is conflict between the plans and <br />the specifications in regard to materials, equipment, sizes, numbers or locations, <br />the Owner shall be the sole judge in resolving the conflict. <br />1.10 REFERENCE DOCUMENTS <br />A. The Contract Documents refer to reference documents where needed to <br />describe the Work, define elements of the Work, describe standards of the <br />Work, provide procedures and policies for the Work, and provide constraints <br />under which the Work is to take place. <br />B. The following attachments are included in Volume 3 of the Contract Documents <br />as reference documents: <br />1. Attachment A: Scott Paper Company and Kimberly-Clark As-Built Drawings <br />for Port Gardner Storage Facility Site <br />2. Attachment B: July 2023 Geotechnical Report Port Gardner Wet Weather <br />Design <br />3. Attachment C: HWA GeoSciences Inc. Concrete Coring & Lab Testing for <br />Structural Evaluation <br />4.
