talLi ORDINANCE N0. 2394 Ordinance providing for the improvement of Hoyt Avenue from 41st Street to the North line of 42nd Street by the installation of water mains, and their necessary appurtenances, and doing such, other work in connection therewith necessary to make a complete improvement • all in accordance with resolution No 3421 of the city of Everett, creating an assessment district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by special assess- ment upon the property in said district by the method of payment by bonds, dividing said district into direct benefit district and into an • indirect benefit district. � x Nhereas: by resolution No. 342Th of the city of Everett tie city council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement of Hoyt Avenue_ from .the North line of 41st Street to the North line of 42nd 'Street by the i tailatiouiOflwater mains, and their ` necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary in connection and therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the city engineer, now, therefore: THE Cl2Y 0E EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Hoyt Avenue from the North line of 41st Street to the North line of 42nd Street be improved by the installation of water mains, and their necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary in connection and therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with resolution No. 342k and in accordance with plans prepared by the city engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement; including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district herein created in accordance with law. The.; city of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the costs and expenses of such improve- ment, except as provided in chapter 141, Session Laws of 1923, and Ord- . inance No. 2126 of,the city,: i rerett.
