A ti io Section 3: There is hereby established an enlarged local 110 a led Local Improvement improvement district to be c District No. 482 1 which district shall include the following described property, to-wit: Lots 9 to 11 inclusive, block 11, Climax Land Co' s First Addition; lots 11 to 16 inclusive, block 11, South Park Addition lots 17 to 22 inclusive, block 12, South Park Addition; lots 22 to 24 block 12 Climax Land Co' s First Addition, lots 17 to 32 inclusive, block 15, South Park Addition; lots 1 to 16 inclusive, block 16 South Park Addition. The assessment district for the above improvement shall be divided into a direct and indirect benefit district. The direct benefit district to include all the property between the south line of 41st Street and the North line of 42nd Street and between the alley west of Hoyt Avenue and the alley east of Hoyt Avenue being lots 17 to 32 inclusive, block 15; Boltrh1ParklAddition4v101311L; o116 inclusive block 15, South Park Addition. Said direct ;benefit d.ietrict to bear the entire cost of the improvement with the exception of the cost of the north half of the intersection of 41st Street and Hoyt Avenue. The indirect benefit district to include lots 9, 10, 11; block 11, also lots 22, 23, and 24, block 12, Climax Land Co' s First Addition; also fraction of lots 11 and 12 to 16 inclusive of block 11 and lots 17 to 21 inclusive and fraction of 22, block 12, South Park Addition. Said property to bear the cost of the improvement of the north half of the intersection of 41st Street and Hoyt Avenue not to exceed n'l00. Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be called Local Improvement District Fund No. 482 which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and collected on the several a.; tag_ .nd-parcels of land in said local improvement district, and the proceeds of the sale of all the bonds of said district, for th purpose of defraying the cost and expense of such improvement. Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, interest thereon and the entire cost of said improvement.
