O!I LNANCE NO. 2395 Ordinance providing for the improvement of Hoyt Avenue from the North line of 41st Street to the North line of 42nd Street by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade and the con-struction of one course Portland cement concrete paving, also the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, the installation of necessary drainage and doing such other work in accordance '.fith resolution No. 3421 of the city of Everett, creating an assessment district, creating a local im- provement district fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by s- ecial assessment upon the property in said district by the method anon payment by bonds, dividing said district into direct bene- fit district and into an indirect benefit district . 1hereas: by resolution Na.. 3421 of the city of Everett the city council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement , of. Hoyt Avenue from the:..NOrth line of 41st Street to the 'earth line of 42nd' Street by the removal of Ild lumber, grading to proper grade, the construction of a one course Portland cement concrete w pavement, the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, installation of proper drainage and doing all other work necessary in connection and therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with plans and specifioations prepared by the city Engineer, now, therefore: The City of Everett Does Ordain: Section 1: That Hoyt Avenue from the North line of 41st Street to the North line of 42nd` Street -by the removal of old lumber - grading to proper grade, the construction of a one course Portland 4 cement pavement, the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, * Installation of proper drainage and doing all other work necessary in connection and therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with resolution No. 3421 and in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved..
