The direct <br /> benefit district to include all the property between the south line <br /> of 41st Street and the north line of 42nd Street and between the <br /> alley west of Hoyt Avenue and the alley east of Hoyt Avenue,Lots <br /> . ; 17-32 inclusive, block 15; lots 1-16 inclusive, block 16, both <br /> blocks of the South Park Addition. Said firect benefit district <br /> to bear the entire cost of the improvement with the exception of <br /> the cost of the north half of the intersection of 41st Street and <br /> Hoyt Avenue. The indirect benefit district to include lots 9-10-11 <br /> Block 11, also lots 22, 23, and 24, Block 12, Climax Land Co' s <br /> First Addition; also fraction of lots 11 and 12 to .16 inclusive <br /> + of Block 11 and lots 17 to 21 inclusive and fraction of 22, Block12, <br /> .. <br /> South Park.
