This RFP will allow Everett Transit to enhance <br />the safety of the public transportation services provided by implementing collision <br />avoidance systems and other related technologies that help minimize safety incidents. <br />Additionally, the system will assist Everett Transit in meeting its safety target goals and <br />industry standards. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize release of Request for Proposal #2024-003 Collision Avoidance System in the <br />form substantially provided. <br />
