PROJECT: City of Everett <br />WFP EMERGENCY GENERATOR REPLACMENT - WO UP-3587 <br /> <br />WORK CHANGE DIRECTIVE – No. 002 <br />DATE OF ISSUANCE: October 11, 2022 <br /> <br />You are directed to proceed promptly with the following change (s): <br /> <br />Provide a 25 KVA Square D Transformer for T-LLEG2 as shown on Drawing E704. <br /> <br />Payment shall be lump sum and billed to Bid Item No. 20, Force Account. <br /> <br />Purpose of WCD-001: <br />No specification was provided for T-LLEG2. The contractor proposed an Eaton 25 KVA transformer, <br />which met the intent of contract drawing E704. Per the City’s Electrician & Electrical Safe Worker <br />Program Administrator, the City is trying to standardize to Square D products.
