PROJECT: City of Everett WFP EMERGENCY GENERATOR REPLACMENT - WO UP-3587 WORK CHANGE DIRECTIVE – No. 002 DATE OF ISSUANCE: October 11, 2022 You are directed to proceed promptly with the following change (s): Provide a 25 KVA Square D Transformer for T-LLEG2 as shown on Drawing E704. Payment shall be lump sum and billed to Bid Item No. 20, Force Account. Purpose of WCD-001: No specification was provided for T-LLEG2. The contractor proposed an Eaton 25 KVA transformer, which met the intent of contract drawing E704. Per the City’s Electrician & Electrical Safe Worker Program Administrator, the City is trying to standardize to Square D products. The Square D product carries a $2,309.07 premium over the Eaton product. Attachments: (List documents supporting change): Service Electric Proposal #2.
