PROJECT: City of Everett <br />WFP EMERGENCY GENERATOR REPLACEMENT WO No. 3587 <br /> <br />WORK CHANGE DIRECTIVE – No. 004 <br />DATE OF ISSUANCE: JANUARY 9, 2023 <br /> <br />You are directed to proceed promptly with the following change (s): <br /> <br />Description: Revise the layout and dimensions of the Location 2 containment trench and <br />generator equipment pad. <br /> <br />Payment shall be tracked on a time and material basis and billed to Bid Item No. 20, Force <br />Account. <br /> <br />Purpose of WCD-004: The generator’s fuel supply and return lines are installed in the <br />containment trench. The per plan routing would cause too much back pressure for the fuel <br />return pump, resulting in blown seals.
