Inspections are required for job start notification, potholing all City utilities, evaluation of traffic control set-up, to view the work prior to backfill, and after final restoration to final the permit. Request a final inspection online by selecting PW 25-Site Final/Permit Close Out within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests for this permit when all items have been completed. 9. Potholing required for all crossings over/under City of Everett water mains. 10. Coordinate with adjoining businesses/homeowners to minimize obstruction of commerce/access. 11.
