• • <br /> • Ensure surface is clean prior to painting <br /> • Excessive, non-repairable, damage to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis <br /> o Lighting/Electrical: <br /> • Furnish/install lighting per Reflected Ceiling Plan <br /> o Vanities and Fixtures: <br /> • Construct new ADA vanities per the millwork details within the architectural plans <br /> • Replace sink, faucets,vanity mirror,grab bar, and toilet paper holder per spec <br /> • Replace toilet—Project Manager to approve spec <br /> • General Contractor to provide new water supply lines, p-traps and ADA wraps <br /> • NOTE: Owner will furnish paper towel and soap dispensers <br /> • Laundry Rooms(2) <br /> o Flooring: <br /> • Remove and properly dispose of existing flooring <br /> • Prep subfloor as needed and per manufacturers specifications <br /> • Furnish/install new flooring and base per the Floor Finish Plan <br /> • Remove/re-install washers and dryers with new water supply hoses and hard <br /> exhaust vent ducting <br /> • General Contractor to submit a phasing schedule for approval by the Project <br /> Manager <br /> o Paint: <br /> • Prep and paint walls, ceilings, doors, counters, cabinets, and trim per spec in the <br /> Wall Finish Schedule <br /> • Two coats and primer where necessary <br /> • C-tops to be prepped and coated per specification <br /> • Remove FRP and tile where applicable <br /> • Patching, sanding and/or caulking as needed <br /> • Ensure surface is clean prior to painting <br /> • Excessive, non-repairable, damage to be reviewed on a case by case basis <br /> o Lighting/Electrical: <br /> • Furnish/install lighting per Reflected Ceiling Plan <br /> I r, Effective Date: 9/8/2022 <br />
