(6) Common gambler found in any place where gambling is conducted or where gambling paraphernalia or devices are kept; or (7) Healthy person who solicits alms; 01 (8) Lewd,: disorderly, or dissolute person; or (9) Person who wanders about the streets at late or un- usual hours of the night without any visible lawful business ; or (10) Pei-3°n who lodges in any barn, shed, shop, outhouse,, vessel, car, saloon or other place not kept for lodging -our- without the permission of tho cr„ner or person entitled to the possession thereaE ; or • (11) Person who lives or works in a house of prostitution • or solicits for any prostitute or houce of prostitution; or (12) Person who solicits business for an attorney ar- ound any court, jail, morgue or hospital or elsewhere; or (13) Habitual users of opium, morphine, , alkaloid, co- caine, or alpha or beta eucaine, or any derivation, mixture or preparation of any of them; or (14) Person having no visible means of support who doos not seek employment, nor work when amployment is offered to him; Or (15) Person who by his own confession tl-lereto or prior conviction thereof is known to have been guilty of larceny, bur- glary, robbery or any crime of which fraud or intent to defraud iS-an element, who shall be found in any drinking saloon or • cellar, or any public dal-106-hall or:qusic-hall where intoxicat- ing liquors are sold, or be found intoxicated or who, except • upon .lawful basiness, 41E111 go p.bout any dark street or alley Or any residencc section of any city or town in the night-time, • or loiter about any steamboat landing, passenger depot, banking institution or crowded streot, shop or thoroup•hfare, or any pub- lic meeting or gathering, or place where people gather in crowds, is a vagrant. .
