LE LOEB <br /> ELECTRIC <br /> 6.0 BMS Integration <br /> 6.1 BMS Integration <br /> • During the Arc Flash Relay prep work, the electrical contractor is to install a CAT6 cable or fiber with CAT6 <br /> converter depending on length of run from each Arc Flash Relay to the nearest BMS Port Provided by sites <br /> Ops IT or CBRE <br /> • EC is to make up both ends of the cable and provide test report on cable. <br /> • See Master BMS Relay Guide in VEEC documents Box folder. <br /> 6.2 BMS Integration Division of Responsibilities <br /> • Amazon <br /> o Provide instruction on where closest BMS to tie-in is. <br /> o Provide a fully charged scissor lift for the installing crew. <br /> o Provide IP addresses for BMS through LOEB <br /> • Loeb <br /> o Lead all communications between stakeholders, including but not limited to: <br /> • Amazon Corporate. <br /> • Amazon Site Facility. <br /> ■ Installing Crews <br /> • Amazon IT/CBRE <br /> • VEEC <br /> o Program relay with IT provided IP address and connect CAT6 to port 1 on back of each relay. <br /> o Confirm all site specific relay IP addresses are in hand <br /> o Execute "BMS Connection settings in Quickset" procedure for each sites relay <br /> • Electrical Contractor <br /> o Define Raceway and cable routing <br /> o Final termination testing and labeling of cable <br /> o Document pass/fail and length of network cable run <br /> ■ Only patch Relay end with device surface mount box(es) to Relay Port 1 <br /> o If any Relay settings changes occurred, download as left Relay file <br /> o Point to Point continuity test using the Fluke Networks MicroScanner Cable/ PoE Tester <br /> 6.3 BMS Integration Timeline <br /> • Raceway and cable routing will be defined pre-outage <br /> • The CAT6 cable or fiber must be installed during the Arc Flash Relay prep-work. <br /> • During the Arc Flash Relay Outage, the electrical contractor must plug in the CAT6 cables to the Arc Flash <br /> Relay and the BMS Port.If IDF cabinet leave coiled up for OPS IT to make connection at that end. See <br /> Appendix Q for more information. <br /> 7.0 GSF Critical Load Planning <br /> 7.1 Critical Load Planning <br /> • GSF sites that have refrigeration include an additional level of planning for all scheduled power outages. <br /> Site walks required with site POC and refrigeration VEECs to develop a detailed temporary power plan. <br /> See additional guidance on this in GSF Critical Load SOW in VEEC documents Box folder. <br /> 221 <br />
