LE LOEB ELECTRIC 4.4 Arc Flash Relay Installation Timeline • Prior to Outage o Testing of relays & CT's to occur within 10 days of outage at VEEC shop. ■ Perform CT Ratio and Excitation o Loeb to ship Arc Flash Relay and UPS to VEEC/EC o Pre-Outage enclosure checklist must be completed, see appendix R. o Install control box with relay within 10 feet of the Main breaker and UPS o Install three phase disconnect switch o Install conduit for fiber loop,voltage, control, BMS and CT wiring (install as much as possible,final conduit connections to be made with switch gear and switch boards when deenergized). • During Outage o Complete relay installation o Install fiber loops o Install CT's o Complete execution checklist. See appendix S. o Perform testing in compliance with Appendix A prior to energization o Follow Switching procedures outlined in Appendix K prior to energization • Post Outage o After all work is completed and deficiencies found. Review all deficiencies fixed and all follow up items with Amazon team. Central/Regional and Site RME. o Amazon EE or owner's representative to acknowledge and sign off on any changes made to schematics/wiring, relay logic and All testing and functional testing. 5.0 Infrared Scanning 5.1 Infrared Scanning Scope of Work IR scanning will only be required if correction of known deficiency was part of scope for specific outage. 5.2 Infrared Scanning Division of Responsibilities • Amazon o Provide list of known IR deficiencies prior to site walks for correction. • Loeb o Provide professional project management services. o Lead all communications between stakeholders, including but not limited to: • Amazon Corporate. ■ Amazon Site Facility. • Provide Thermal and Visual Inspection report upon completion. • VEEC o Provide a certified infrared thermographer to return to site within (24) hours to scan repaired thermal deficiencies. 5.3 Infrared Scanning Timeline • Scan must occur following day during peak operating hours. 211Page
