Continuing with the previous comment, the referenced detail 12/S3.0 appears to not apply. The basement specifies a concrete slab and sections on Sheet A9 show a basement retaining wall. Detail should be updated to reflect the sections on Sheet A9. R106.1.1 3. It appears that the structural calculations on Page 28 specify a 4-foot square footing (F1), but the drawings do not show the F1 footing.
