STEP 3. COMPLETE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS #1-5 <br />The following subsections address MR #1-5. The more information provided in these subsections typically <br />corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br />information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br />MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br />The purpose of MR #1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br />to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br />This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br />significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br />Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br />Provide description of existing site conditions: <br />Lot with a slight slope going west to east. <br />no vegitation. <br />Describe existing structures (location, type): <br />No existing structures. <br />Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep, %): <br />northwest is the highest point. southeast with the lowest point. has a slight slipe <br />difference of about 5ft from the high point to the low. <br />Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment): <br />all dirt, little to no vegitation. <br />Describe vegetative surfaces (location, quanity ft2): <br />little to no vegetative surfaces. a little grass on some spots. <br />City of Everett Public Works <br />Small Project Stormwater Site Plan Report -Dec 2019 4 <br />
