I am the <br />Planner reviewing the permit. I wanted to reach out to clarify the scope of the proposal since there are some <br />inconsistencies I noticed in the submitted plans. <br />The existing residential accessory structure on -site has not been legally permitted as an ADU. Historical records <br />indicate the structure was previously a garage and may have been converted into an office space in the past. <br />Plan sheets will need to either be revised or redlined to identify the structure as either a "residential accessory <br />building" or "unpermitted ADU." <br />Plan sheet A2.0 indicates the proposed removal of the "range and other kitchen appliances" from the residential <br />accessory building. On the next sheet (A2.1) however, the symbols for the range and kitchen sink remain in the <br />accessory structure whereas other kitchen appliances to be removed in the primary structure are absent. To <br />confirm, are the kitchen appliances to be removed from the residential accessory building? <br />Please note these comments only address the land use code and additional comments may be provided by other <br />Departmental reviewers.
