standards and codes include the Everett Municipal Code, City of Everett Design and <br />Construction Standards & Specifications, Standard Drawings, current Ecology Stormwater <br />Management Manual for Western Washington, and ordinances. <br />•Provide geotechnical and hydrogeologic review of development plans and reports related to <br />stormwater project components. <br />•Perform site visits, as needed, to confirm site conditions and adjacent infrastructure related to <br />development applications. <br />•Attend scheduled meetings and represent the Public Works Department in preapplication <br />meetings with developers to discuss stormwater standards and design elements as needed. <br />•Written comments and redlines or final approval and permit conditions shall be provided to the <br />City as follows. These review periods will include coordination with the City representative for a <br />final check and acceptance of consultant comments or approval recommendation. The City <br />representative and Consultant will regularly communicate to establish exact due dates and <br />expectations. <br />c)Complex projects may warrant additional check-ins between the Consultant and City representative. <br />The City representative will indicate which projects are complex when routing to the Consultant or after <br />the Consultant apprises the City representative of complex elements that are discovered during review. <br />•Respond to comments and inquiries about plan review from City staff, developer's engineers, <br />and others as necessary or as directed by City staff. <br />•Meet to discuss review comments with the City representative, development proponents as <br />necessary, or others as directed by City staff. <br />•Provide feedback to City staff relative to adequacy, appropriateness, and thoroughness of City <br />standard specifications and details. <br />•Perform other incidental engineering services in connection with plan checking. <br />•Meet with City staff periodically to evaluate process and performance of the Consultant.
