• •
3. Include in the scope of work under permit PW2204-014 the removal of the unpermitted concrete driveway on the
south side of the residence. This driveway is partially located within the buffer area and the property is not afforded
any more driveways or parking areas beyond what has already been permitted to the north of the residence.
The removal of the concrete driveway on the south side of the house has been incorporated into
the revised Critical Area Study and Mitigation Plan for permit PW2204-014. The portion that
is in the buffer is proposed to be restored with native trees and shrubs.
4. The existing fence north of the residence running parallel to Florida Drive is shown on the Critical Area Study
and Mitigation Plan Map as the edge of wetland buffer. This is incorrect. The existing fence must be relocated to
the appropriate location.
The location of the split-rail fence north of the residence has been revised to the appropriate
location.
5. On the Critical Area Study and Mitigation Plan Map is shown the required critical area fence. This fence must
be located along the entire buffer's edge down Florida Drive and across Puget Drive. Additional Critical Area
Signs shall be located along the fence line.
The fence location has been revised to follow the entire buffer edge. Additional signage is
proposed along the fence.
6. The original Reasonable Use approval approved a 50'x 125'buffer impact area where the house, garage, and
lawn were to be located. Please ensure the Critical Areas Study and Mitigation Plan Map shows this accurately
and makes any needed revisions to the planting plan.
The Critical Area Study has been revised to show the approved 50' x 125' development area.
Dimensions are shown on the Critical Area Study and Mitigation Plan Map Sheet 1/3 and on
the Site Plan that allow a 15 foot width for the road and a 50' x 125' area for the house and
garage. A 10 foot building setback from the buffer is provided on the west and south sides of
the house. The planting plans have been revised accordingly.
Wetland Resources, Inc.
John Laufenberg
Principal Ecologist
Professional Wetland Scientist
2
