(WRI) conducted a site review in December, 2021, on the property <br /> located at 8208 Florida Drive, in the city limits of Everett, Washington. The 0.52-acre subject <br /> property (Snohomish County parcel #00393900501000) is located within Section 7, Township <br /> I 28N, Range 5E, W.M. The subject property is located in the Marshland Drainage District sub- <br /> basin of the Snohomish Watershed, Water Resources Inventory Area (WRIA) 7.
