Horizontal Sliding,Accordion or Folding Doors-All special-purpose horizontal El El El <br /> sliding, accordion or folding doors that are a component of a means or egress shall <br /> comply with the following: <br /> • Connected to the fire alarm system and close when in alarm. <br /> • Shall be power operated and shall be capable of being operated manually <br /> in the event of power failure. <br /> • The door assembly shall have an integrated standby power supply. <br /> • Exiting hardware shall accommodate for a person with disabilities, have <br /> sharp contrast from the door's surface, and include both graphic images <br /> and bold lettering.
