ORDINANCE NO. 2326 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 452 for the improvement of Wetmore Avenue from the south line of 12th Street to 200 feet north of 10th Street, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes; also detmore Avenue, from the south line of 18th Street to the north line of 10th Street, by the construction of concrete curbs, construction of a 6-inci one-course Portland cement concrete pavement 27 feet wide, the 10th, llth and 12th Street intersections to be paved full; also Wetmore Avenue4 from the north line of 10th Street to 200 feet north of 10th Street, by construction of concrete curbs and gut- ters; also Wetmore Avenue, from the present walks north of llth Street to 200 feet north of 10th Street, by construction of con- crete walks, and doing all other work necessary to make a com- plete improvement under Ordinance No. 2288 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issu- ance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 452 for the improvement of Wetmore Avenue, from the south line of 12th Street to 200 feet north of 10th Street, by the removal of old lumber, grading to p"roper grade, installation of necessary drainage, making necessary wa- ter main changes ; also Wetmore Avenue, from the south line of 12th Street to the north line of 10th Street, by the construction
